Having baby shower games- its fun

Baby shower is usually in the later stages of pregnancy; say about in last two months. Sometimes people purposefully wait for the baby to arrive. Adoptive parents wait until all the adoption procedure is over and the baby is home. Once it was like only the first baby could have the baby shower, but now as it is well known about it importance, it happens for every baby.

Who throws a baby shower and who attends it?

It is basically a family member from either side; sometimes there are even multiple showers from each side of the family, work, friends, etc. It is not necessary that the person throwing shower should be related it can be anyone of your friends, co-worker, etc. People who are invited to shower depends if it's a surprise one it would be your close one, if at work place it would be all workers, if it is a family shower then all the family members and if it is grand one all of them may come along. Many men entering the realm of baby showers these days, as couples shower is an appropriate way of celebrating a new baby.

What kinds of games are played?

What you could do at the baby shower depends on your theme. Usual activities include games, presents, food, or special activities. Games, ah, they could be good fun so also good torture. Make sure to take audience in mind while deciding games. Don't play a lot of girly games if inviting guys also, play some newer games that can have fun like drinking milk out of bottle race, or a diapering contest. If you have mother-to-be who would be offended by weight guessing or waist guessing games you might consider leaving them out. You can also buy pre packed games. You can also play with the paper plates like putting them on your head or draw pictures of pregnant women, although it is funny but its fun. It is really great fun playing games at the shower, include them and make sure they are appropriate ones.
