Hard surface gives improper support

Surface to sleep should be designed such that it provides the right support and minimizes pressure to adequate level for different body postures. Good sleep rejuvenates the body and mind and one feel refreshed to face another day. Harder bed makes you more uncomfortable and makes you turn more time keeping the heart beat harder. It pressurizes the body and makes it hard for the blood to flow properly. Mattresses made up of synthetic foam deserve rejection to sleep as it reflects body heat and humidity which has adverse effect on the heart. Non - REM sleep is most good for the body but hard bed surface do not provide proper support and reflecting heat and moisture forces the person into REM.

Temperature, heat and thermal imbalance of body affect the quality of sleep. Synthetic bed causes higher humidity, heart beat increases by ten times which helps blood pressure to rise and forces the person in more of REM sleep. It also provides the climate for microscopic bacteria to develop which causes allergies. Right bed absorbs body heat and throws away the moisture of body. It makes body stressful and put more pressure on shoulder and hips which in turn constrict the vein and disrupts the cell structure.

Importance of good quality and right mattress:

Good quality mattress creates the environment that promotes deep sleep, the heart rest by better support to the body. Weight and pressure of body is evenly distributed that makes blood circulation better minimizes tossing and turnings. It does not allow the bacteria's to develop which can cause infection and absorbs the excess heat and humidity of body. It helps in getting more of non- REM sleep which replenishes the cell, spine remains flexible as it reabsorbs the water, muscles relaxes, skin re hydrates and blood circulation is steady.

Things to be considered while buying mattresses:

The most important aspect is price of the mattress on which the other things depends. Mattress should be comfortable, which supports the whole body and keep spine in best posture. Enough space should be there for the comfortable movement of the body.
