Break down large jobs into manageable chunks

Organization and planning help the family to keep order and to maintain priorities in both education and family living.It consists of imposing limits on our behavior, our time, our belongings, and our lives. Yet it is an essential tool for achieving freedom, peace, and plenty. Actually the pressure for organizing the house is more on the lady member present in the house and when the lady member herself is working then it becomes all the more difficult to organize the house. And the house is really in a pathetic situation. So it becomes the responsibility of each and every member of the house to keep the house organized. Organizing a house is not an easy task. The amount of workload that it carries causes the main problem. Many of us don’t do house works because we feel it is boring and also they pile up soon. So it is better to break the total amount of work into small amounts.

Benefits

We know that it is a human tendency to be lazy. We always find it easy to shift our today’s work to tomorrow. But we don’t understand that finally we are the only person who is going to complete all this work. Therefore it is wiser to do all the day’s work in that particular day only. Moreover when we see that there is a lot of work we lose hope of even doing it.

So the best solution to this problem is to divide the work into small amounts. We can either divide the total amount of work according to time available or according to the number of person available in the house to do the work.

Dividing the work according to the time means that we divide the total amount of work into small chunks of work in different times of the day such as some amount of the work in the morning and some amount in the evening etc.

Dividing the work according to the number of persons available is to divide the total work into small chunks amongst the family members. This way everybody will do their share of work and will contribute in organizing the house.
